Claude Alviani is an aviation generalist with extensive executive experience in managing financial targets, business capability development, regulatory compliance, and safety management in flight operations. He has demonstrated expertise in leading high-value aviation services, including charter airlines, offshore helicopter services, aircraft leasing, and MRO services. A results-oriented executive, Claude consistently delivers exceptional outcomes by leveraging his skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance optimisation.
Nick Houtby
Chief Finance Officer
Nick Houtby is a highly accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management, business development, and commercial negotiations. Nick is a member of both CA ANZ and ACCA. He has held senior finance roles in private companies and venture capital-backed organisations in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. Before joining Xplorate, Nick served as Finance Director for a regional charter airline, improving operating and financial performance and marketing the business to potential buyers to maximise returns for its PE investor.
Ivana Velickovska
Chief Operating Officer
Ivana brings over 20 years of experience in the Energy, Logistics, and Defence sectors to Xplorate. She has worked across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Australia, gaining deep knowledge of international markets. Ivana has a proven track record of operating effectively within complex scopes. Her experience, including managing supply chain activities in the Energy sector and leading major projects such as the Thevenard Island offshore campaign, will be invaluable as Xplorate aims to become the global market leader in unmanned aerial intelligence solutions.
Sham Chukoury
Head of Cybernatics
Sham Chukoury is an IT industry veteran and Perth tech community leader, with a strong background across software engineering and architecture, as well as governance, cybersecurity and portfolio management. He has been involved in organising one of Australia’s largest tech community conferences for 5+ years, as well as working in various specialist roles across digital marketing, finance and banking, aviation, education and entertainment. An innovator at heart, Sham has made it a keystone of his career to inspire and deliver on transformation projects, helping create new organisational capabilities and competitive advantages in the process. As a passionate professional, he strives to produce a culture of integrity, continuous learning and excellence in the people he works with, in order to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions that make an impact that matters.
Feny Soviani
Business Lead
Feny plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between frontline operations and management. She works closely with all teams across divisions, providing guidance, and resources to drive successful business outcomes. With educational experience across Airline Reservation Systems, Airport Ground Handling, and Cargo Service, Feny has a solid foundation in the intricacies of aviation operations. She has also held senior sales roles in helicopter industry in Indonesia. Feny is a champion of Xplorate’s never-ending pursuit of excellence.
Chris Slovak
Senior Advisor for Intelligence Solutions
Chris Slovak has more than 20 years experience as a SaaS and big data technology professional including positions at Tealium, Yahoo!, and Qualcomm. Chris spent 8 years supporting the creation, growth and global scaling of Tealium (Tealium.com), the first client side TMS and a pioneer in the development of Customer Data Platforms; where he is an author on over 6 patents. As a key executive, Chris was a critical leader in the operational growth and hiring of the team, critical in product strategy, a leader in sales and enablement, a voice in go-to-market messaging, and the technical resource for fundraising efforts. Tealium reached ‘unicorn’ status in Jan 2022 valued at $1.3B.
